We are proud to announce that Fubilan Catering Services (FCS) has been officially recognised at the 2025 Canconex Awards as the Champion Lanco Company in Local Workforce Training and Development in last night's CANCONEX Lanco Awards. Our 2nd in 3 years! This milestone is a proud validation of the hard work, vision, and commitment we’ve carried over the years, not just in delivering quality service, but in building people.

 20+ Years of True Impact: We’ve Been Doing This

For over two decades, FCS has been quietly but consistently investing in the future of Papua New Guinea’s human capital. Our Apprentice Program, a structured 4-year training initiative, is registered under NATTB and uses the TAFE curriculum to ensure our apprentices graduate with industry-ready skills and recognised qualifications.

We don’t just hire; we build from within. Many of our current team leaders, tradesmen and women Chefs, and mentors started their journey as young apprentices within FCS. Today, they are making meaningful contributions across PNG and at our home base in Tabubil.

Our success would not have been possible without the strong partnership and support of Ok Tedi Mining Limited (OTML) a true believer in capacity building and local empowerment. Together, we have invested in training, mentoring, upskilling, and creating real pathways for our people.

Every apprentice that walks through our doors represents a future leader. We’re proud to say that many have gone on to lead teams, manage operations, and become role models in their communities.
