Following the successful signing of awards between the Unions and FCS Management earlier this week, Fubilan Catering Services has once again demonstrated its steadfast dedication to its employees, both during and after their careers. At the Nasfund Employers Awards last night, FCS achieved top honors in Category B as the: • Winner – Most Compliant Employer in Account Maintenance. But that's not all! We also achieved a strong position in the competitive field of voluntary contributions: • 2nd Runner Up – Best Employer with Employer Voluntary Contribution. Being recognized twice in one night — and within the same week of our significant Union agreement — speaks volumes. We're not just "maintaining good relations" between employer and employee.
