Each and every day, we put in our best effort to ensure that our personnel are safe while they work,” said Mr Meetinay. He added that the company’s commitment to staff development ensures the professional growth of employees which in turn provides results. “Crucial to FCS's success is its steadfast commitment to the development of its local staff. The award is the icing on the cake for FCS in 2023 having collected other awards throughout the year. They include the CANCONEX Champion accolade in Training & Development and the Nasfund Award for Best Employer Contributor in Employee Account Maintenance.
